Everyone starts at Suna Pilates with an Introductory Session.

In the Introductory session we’ll take you through a full postural analysis to help us work out where you are today and most importantly where you want to get to. We’ll also talk through any injuries that you’ve had plus current activities and goals. After the postural analysis you will be taken through the key principles of Pilates. The key principles will show you how your posture should ideally be and the way to fix any current issues you have. We’ll demonstrate the key principles to you by taking you through some initial exercises and we’ll then recommend the appropriate type of classes for you to go forward with.

The introductory session a great opportunity for us to see where you are starting from and also for you to start understanding your posture. It’s also a good introduction to what we do so that you can see if suna pilates is for you.

After the Introductory session we suggest that you buy a ‘starter pack’, our starter packs have been specifically developed to give you the opportunity to try (or explore) the classes that we do before you make a commitment. We’ve got three different starter packs which will give you options on how you go forward with Suna and will allow you to try some or all of our classes at a great price.
