Individual Sessions
Everyone can benefit from at least a couple of individual Sessions. These will take you through a tailored exercise programme , specifically developed to meet your needs identified in the introductory session. You will learn the key principles of Pilates and will work on your mind and body co-ordination with the one-on-one attention of one of our trainers. Individual sessions will always be recommended for clients with specific injury and rehabilitation issues.

If you generally fit and but looking for a great and varied full body work out at a great price – Suna APT Classes are for you!
APT Classes are equipment based classes using the revolutionary Suna APT Trainer which has been designed to tone and lengthen the muscles all over your body easily and quickly.
APT Classes are dynamic, fat burning and body shaping. APT Classes are always fun and always challenging, with no more than 16 people per class. These 45 minute high energy group classes are run regularly through the day.
Please Note: All classes are 45 minutes long. All classes (except APT) are by booking only – this helps us to ensure that you are in a class appropriate for your level of fitness. We have a 24hour cancellation policy on bookable classes – cancellations made within 24hours of your booking will be charged for. We can not guarantee which trainer will be taking specific group classes – they may change with bookings.
